in diagnosing and problems solving in
telecommunications or data networks. Must possess
strong writing and verbal communication skills

support and occasional visits to customer sites

Required
MSCE Certified with Cisco experience (TCP/IP,
WINS, DNS, DHCP, RAS Technology)

Experience
with scripting languages such as TCL/Expect, UNIX
shell programming, or PERL, as well as C or C++ is
desired

Familiarity
with Lucent or Cisco RAS/router products,
Firewall,
SSL security a plus
